For over 30 years, I have led in business environments, nonprofit organizations, churches, and educational institutions. Throughout that journey, I’ve trained and developed both emerging and seasoned leaders, and one thing has remained true: many high-capacity women are leading successfully on the outside while quietly carrying the pressure of leadership on the inside.
